About Me
Dr. Kathryn Lenker is an associate veterinarian at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates and part of our rotating small animal medicine and surgery intern class of 2024 – 2025. Kathryn grew up in Malvern in a family of dentists. Attending Bucknell University in 2020, she majored in Biology and minored in Geography. She later obtained her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a mixed animal major and did research in swine, poultry, and dairy cows. Kathryn also graduated from Penn Medicine with her Master in Public Health in 2023.
Kathryn has interests in population and preventative medicine. She hopes to create a relationship with pets and their owners to provide the best care possible.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, at the beach, and at Citizens Bank Park, where she cheers on her favorite Phillies.
