About Me
Dr. Nicholas Laganelli is an associate veterinarian at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates and part of the rotating small animal medicine and surgery intern class of 2026-2027.
Dr. Laganelli is a Philadelphia native having grown up in Devon, PA. Dr. Laganelli attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2026. His current interests include surgery, ophthalmology, emergency medicine, and radiology.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Laganelli enjoys spending time with his pug Frankie. He plays golf, soccer, and baseball, and enjoys taking improv classes. He is a big supporter of Chelsea FC and the Phillies.
