About Me
Dr. Danielle Oertle is an associate veterinarian at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates and part of our rotating small animal medicine and surgery intern class of 2025-2026.
Dr. Danielle Oertle, a New Jersey native, attended Moravian University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience in 2019. She then attended the University of California, Davis where she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree as part of the Class of 2025. Dr. Oertle was thrilled to match with Metropolitan Veterinary Associates for a small animal rotating internship and is excited to move back to the Northeast, closer to home. Her clinical interests include dermatology and emergency medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Oertle enjoys staying active through running, hiking, and traveling abroad with her husband. She also loves attending country music concerts. Although she currently does not have any pets, she looks forward to getting a dog during her internship year.
