About Me
Dr. Lounsberry is an Abington, Pennsylvania native and earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Delaware Valley University. She went on to complete her veterinary degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2021.
Following veterinary school, Dr. Lounsberry completed a rotating internship at a private specialty hospital in North Carolina in 2022, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced and collaborative patient care. She then pursued specialized training in medical oncology at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, completing her residency in 2025.
Her clinical interests include round cell tumors, targeted therapies, and thoughtfully balancing quality of life with cancer treatment. Dr. Lounsberry is dedicated to guiding pet owners through the cancer journey with compassion, clarity, and individualized care.
Outside of work, Dr. Lounsberry enjoys rooting for the Philadelphia sports teams with her husband, son, and their rescue dog, Millie.
