I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates for everything you all have done for Hallie, and my family in general. I have to say, it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet. Surgery for you animals can be and is a very stressful process. Dr. Hearon & Dr. Chase were amazing throughout the whole process. The level of communication, follow-up, and “bed side manner” was top notch. Beyond the doctors, the entire staff, Jaclyn, the nurse who cared for Hallie for both surgeries was amazing, the customer service helping with billing all the way to the front desk staff. Every step of this process was made easier by the level of care and service provided by everyone at the Hospital. Even Hallie, who generally gets nervous at the vet, was excited to pull up to the building. Again, thank you so much for making a very stressful time such an amazing experience!
