I can’t say enough positive things about Millie’s experience with Metropolitan, Dr. Schwab and his team. Millie had her TPLO surgery in January and everyone at Metropolitan has been beyond helpful at every step- from coordinating with paperwork to obtain insurance approval, communication during the procedure and even squeezing in an extra re-check when some extra symptoms popped up weeks later. As a dog who has some vet anxiety, every single staff member Millie came in contact with went above and beyond to make her feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We’re so grateful to have had access to such great care through Dr. Schwab and his team during such a stressful time!
