Everyone I dealt with, from the moment I walked in until I checked Purl out, was unfailingly polite, kind, competent and efficient. Until you encounter that kind of systemic professionalism, you don’t realize how rare it is. Your organization could serve as a model for other practices, veterinary or otherwise. Every good thing I heard from my friends and customers about Metropolitan, and there were many of them, was confirmed by my own experience.

I have been to many veterinary practices in my life, and I work in the medical field. I get it, client families are often harder to deal with than the patient’s presenting disorder – especially in a fast-paced and trauma-charged atmosphere. MVA was a very different experience. My entire experience at Metropolitan was strictly 5-star, a marvel that left me nigh speechless…

Metropolitan Veterinary Associates is one of those places you don’t ever want to visit, but when you have to, you are so glad they’re there. Metro Vet has the best staff. From the receptionists checking you in, the nurses and doctors taking care of your pet and everyone in between. The professionalism, knowledge, and quality of care for both you and your pet are top-notch. I’m so glad they are available to assist when we need them.

If I could give 100 stars I would! We used the dental specialty care of MVA and cannot express adequately how fortunate we are to have found Dr. Durand and nurse Allison. Our dog, Yoshi, is 9 years old and has a heart condition so that adds to the worry of having any surgery, not to mention extra care/attention, but from the moment we walked in the door to bringing him home the next day to after care and being available to answer questions…
