About Me
Dr. Allison Buysse attended New York University, where she received her B.A. in psychology. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Delaware, and joined Metropolitan Veterinary Associates in July 2016.
Her special interests are trauma, emergency surgery, and client education. Dr. Buysse spends her spare time running, reading, rooting on the Pittsburgh Penguins, and corralling her boxer/pit bull named Franklin!
