Metropolitan Veterinary Associates are seeking additional veterinary Cardiologists to join our highly regarded team – we are looking for both full-time (4 days per week) and part-time (1-2 days per week) energetic, personable individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a work week that can be structured to optimize your personal and professional growth. We are the preferred specialty and emergency hospital in our region for companion animals. Privately owned and practicing out of a 25,000 square foot facility with state-of- the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, we have been providing the highest quality of veterinary medicine for over 32 years.  Our hospital was recognized by AAHA as a finalist for the 2016 Referral Hospital of the Year award.

Our cardiology service is equipped with a Vivid E9 echocardiogram with TDI, GE MAC 1200 electrocardiogra, Holter units, digital radiology, and St. Jude pacemaker interrogator and pacing supplies. Further diagnostic capabilities include onsite MRI, CT scan, digital radiography, ultrasound, I131, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, echocardiography, electrocardiography, arthroscopy, thoracoscopy, laparoscopy, and in-house laboratory capabilities.

MVA’s team is comprised of 33 doctors in 13 specialties and an experienced support team of over 100 employees. In addition to cardiology, we offer behavior, dentistry, dermatology, critical care / emergency services, internal medicine, interventional radiology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology and surgery (including minimally invasive surgery).
