
About Me
Dr. Brian O’Malley originates from Long Island, New York. He attended undergraduate school at Siena College and earned his DVM at Cornell University.
Dr. O’Malley spent the last 10 years at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey as a general rotating small animal intern, a staff emergency doctor, a cardiology resident, and then a staff cardiologist. His clinical interests include degenerative valve disease, cardiomyopathies, and the management of arrhythmias and congestive heart failure and how they relate to systemic disease.
He currently has three dogs, two cats, and a wife. During veterinary school he had a paraplegic polydactyl cat named Digit who developed heart disease which sparked an early interest in cardiology. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, podcasts, and reading.
